Typewritten, one-page letter from James F. Finnegan. Letter details the transfer of 100 shares of stocks from Yukon Airways and Exploration Company Limited to Gordon K. Stewart. Letter is signed in ink by James F. Finnegan as well as a witness; dated December 2, 1929 at Mayo, Yukon.
Accompanying note signed by James F. Finnegan reads "Certificate number 129 referred to shall be surendered [sic] soon as possible for the purpose of cancelation [sic] and renewal. The certificate is now at Whitehorse."

James F. Finnegan was Vice-President of Yukon Airways and Exploration Co., Ltd. Gordon K. Stewart was appointed business manager of Yukon Airways and Exploration Co., Ltd. on January 25, 1930.
