Bill of sale from the Alexander Aircraft Company to Yukon Airways and Exploration Company, Ltd. for an Alexander Eaglerock Airplane, Serial No. 647, Motor No. 7351 together with all standard accessories and equipment for the sum of $10.00 "and other/ valuable considerations".

The G-CAUZ replaced the Queen of the Yukon which crashed May 5th, 1928 and was wrecked, as a new Ryan could not be purchased on such short notice. The Alexander Eaglerock was an open-cockpit, 3 passenger plane. Christened the "Northern Light", the aircraft lasted 13 months with Yukon Airways and Exploration Company Limited, before being wrecked at Coalmine Lake near Carmacks on November 29, 1929.
