The remains of a wooden toy boat. There is a oblong shaped wooden base, with remnants of a yellow painted stripe around the edge. The underside of the wooden boat has a curved hull. The topside of the wooden boat base is flat, with a slight divot for a metal spring component. The metal spring component is very rusted and flaking. The metal spring component is detached from the wooden boat base.
This item was found by the donor and their son, on the Yukon River flood plains in the Marwell area of downtown Whitehorse. The item was then kept on a bookshelf for over a decade.
