Description Crocheted, pale white baseball cap with the main body composed of Labatt Beer cans cut into plates. Primary colour scheme for the beer cans is white and blue.

History Of Use This hat was created to wear during curling by Doug Bell, Commissioner of the Yukon between 1979 and 1986.

Narrative/Stories Curling, among other organized sports, was a great way for a community to come together and pass the time. Yukoners have been diligent curlers since the 1800's, and creating and wearing garb like such, is a lighthearted way to pass the time during the cold, dark Yukon winters.
