Steel pulley made of 0.5 cm steel. Four spokes, curved, 15 cm long cm long, 9 cm wide at hub tapering to 6.5 cm wide at rim. Hub 10 cm diam. Wheel is made of two sections of metal, with three slots at end of each piece to attach pieces together with bolts.
